The following optional add-ons are available for all health and safety plans to enhance compliance and safety. 

Health and Safety Policy Creation/Reviews

• Description: Development or annual review of a customised health and safety policy, compliant with HSE regulations (required for businesses with 5+ employees).

Task-Related Risk Assessments

• Description: Specific risk assessments for tasks (e.g., manual handling, working at height), compliant with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

• Description: Documented procedures for safe task execution (e.g., machinery use, lone working).

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Description: Creation of detailed SOPs for workplace processes to enhance safety and compliance.

Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs)

• Description: Customised emergency response plans (e.g., evacuation, spill response) for workplace incidents.

Online Safety Portal

• Description: Access to a premium online platform with advanced training modules, compliance tracking, and incident analytics.

Toolbox Talks

• Description: Monthly or quarterly digital safety briefings on specific topics (e.g., slips/trips, fire safety).

Specialised Emergency Kits

• Description: Additional kits tailored to risk level: burn care kits (all plans); bleed kits, spinal boards, rescue chairs, or stretchers (High Risk and Very High Risk plans).

Staff Training Guides and Support

• Description: Customised training guides and virtual support for staff on safety topics (e.g., first aid, fire safety).

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

• Description: Provision of an AED, including installation, training, and maintenance (inspections, pad/battery replacement).

Extra First Aid Kits

• Description: Additional small, medium, or large first aid kits, compliant with HSE First Aid at Work Regulations 1981.

Fire Risk Assessment

• Description: Professional fire risk assessment, compliant with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, with a 15% discount.

Event Health and Safety

• Description: Safety planning and support for business events (e.g., conferences, pop-up shops), including risk assessments and emergency plans.
